Calumet Electronics Opts for Olec
Accuprint AccuTray™ Option
Calumet
Electronics Corporation
has acquired 5 new Olec Accuprint
AP30AT Exposure Printers equipped
with AccuTray™ “Smart Tray” active
registration systems for enhanced
imaging capability. “CEC printed
circuit boards are designed and
built for high reliability” Stephen
J. Marshall, National Sales Manger
stated, “These new OLEC Printers
assure accuracy and resolution of
the finest lines, increased
production at lower cost, and high
yield with less maintenance”.
OLEC
ACCUPRINT semi-automated systems are
used for short exposures of solder
mask and primary images. The
AccuTray™ “Smart Tray” active
registration system produces
best-fit registration. By observing
a combination of upper and lower
film targets, panel holes, and
fiducials, this system is capable of
meeting all registration needs. The
unique 10-axis system can move the
upper film, the panel and each of
the two cameras independently. When
a job is selected, the cameras move
to the ideal target location. In
production, the system checks and
aligns each panel to ensure that the
best registration is achieved. The
system can be set to prevent imaging
of any product that will be out of
tolerance.
